About A.R.C

Advanced Racing Components

A.R.C — Advanced Racing Components — is the performance engineering and R&D division of Concept Horizon Motorsports.

ARC was created to solve a problem we saw repeatedly in the performance industry:  too many parts are marketed as “racing,” and too few are actually engineered.

We exist in the space between OEM development and real-world performance — where components are not just powerful, but validated, repeatable, and built to survive use, not just dyno pulls or show bikes.

What ARC Does

ARC designs, engineers, and validates performance components and systems, with a focus on:

  • Powertrain and airflow systems

  • Exhaust and acoustic control solutions

  • Cooling and thermal management

  • Weight reduction and structural efficiency

  • Integrated hardware + calibration development

  • Prototype and low-volume production components

Every ARC project begins the same way:
define the problem, engineer the solution, and prove it works.

Engineering First. Marketing Second.

ARC is not a bolt-on brand. We don’t chase peak numbers without context, and we don’t release components that rely on “acceptable compromise” to function. Our work is driven by data, testing, iteration, and mechanical reality, not trends. That philosophy applies whether we are:

  • Developing proprietary ARC components

  • Supporting OEM or supplier R&D programs

  • Working directly with individual clients on advanced builds or system development

If it carries the ARC name, it has been designed with intent and validated with purpose.

OEM & Partner Development

ARC actively collaborates with OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturers on:

  • Performance optimization programs

  • Component redesign and refinement

  • Calibration-aware hardware development

  • Prototype validation and feedback loops

  • Low-volume or pilot production support

Our role is often where internal OEM development meets real-world constraints — packaging, cost, durability, and usability — without sacrificing performance goals.

We speak engineering, not hype, and we understand the importance of documentation, repeatability, and accountability.

Client R&D & Bespoke Projects

ARC also accepts select client projects where engineering involvement goes beyond conventional modification.

These projects may include:

  • One-off component design

  • System-level performance solutions

  • Experimental or pre-production concepts

  • Advanced calibration-integrated hardware

  • Track, endurance, or stress-based validation

   We are selective by design.

ARC work is for clients who value process, precision, and long-term results over shortcuts.

Why ARC Exists

ARC was built on a simple principle:

"Racing is not about excess — it’s about efficiency."

Every unnecessary gram, every uncontrolled variable, every compromised interface costs performance somewhere else. A.R.C exists to remove those inefficiencies through thoughtful engineering and disciplined execution.

Whether the outcome is a production-ready component, a validated prototype, or a breakthrough solution for a single platform, the goal remains the same:

Build parts that work — and keep working.

Engineered for Performance. Built for Reality.
